Challan amounts

The challan amount is set by the issuing authority. Once an amount has been paid to the authority, any refund depends on that authority's own rules.

Failed or duplicate payments

If money is debited but the payment is not confirmed, or you are charged twice, contact us with your payment reference. Eligible amounts are returned to the original payment method.
